1. The Service is educational and simulated

Vigo Trading Community is an online education platform. It provides courses, learning materials, a paper-trading simulator, certification, and a community.

All trading on the Service is simulated using virtual money and delayed or historical market data. No real securities are ever bought, sold, or held through the Service.

2. Not investment advice

The Service is for general educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is, or should be construed as, investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make in your own real accounts elsewhere.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

Paid plans are offered as recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, who acts as the seller of record and handles billing and applicable taxes.

Paid plans may include a 7-day trial. If a payment method is required for the trial, it will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sharing your account, redistributing course content, scraping data, attempting to bypass security, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including courses, videos, text, software, and the simulator — is owned by Vigo Trading Community or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access it for your own learning.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Trading real securities involves substantial risk of loss; simulated results do not guarantee future real-world results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigo Trading Community will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
